Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester

Awarded Three Michelin Stars, Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester, Dorchester Collection became the second restaurant in London to receive this prestigious accolade. Three Stars denote “exceptional cuisine, worth a special journey”.

The restaurant offers contemporary French cuisine in a modern and elegant décor along with professional and friendly service orchestrated by Restaurant Director Damien Pepin and his team, for a new approach to fine dining. A perfect place for a savvy lunch, the restaurant offers a 3 course set menu including wine, water and coffee. Private dining is also a must-try experience.

China Tang at The Dorchester

Conceived by Sir David Tang, the founder of China Clubs in Hong Kong, Peking and Singapore, as well as the life-style brand, "Shanghai Tang", China Tang offers some of the best and most authentic Cantonese food outside China. Menus do not compromise on classical recipes and all dishes, including its signature Peking Duck are prepared with the freshest ingredients and traditional spices and flavouring (no MSG).

The rave reviews won by the food have been matched by the sumptuous interior, which is designed to evoke a romantic sense of the art deco of the Thirties. As well as an abundance of chinoiserie, and quirky objets d'art, the restaurant showcases a collection of both traditional and contemporary Chinese art, all personally chosen by Sir David Tang.

In addition to the restaurant, China Tang features an exquisite bar that offers a list of classic cocktails, made to perfection, which can be ordered to accompany the dim sum menu that is served all day. For special occasions, the restaurant also offers diners 3 private dining rooms - Ping, Pang and Pong!

The Bar at The Dorchester

The delights of cocktail hour have returned to London with The Bar at The Dorchester, Dorchester Collection. Established as one of the places in the capital to see and be seen, The Bar at The Dorchester, Dorchester Collection is renowned as much for its rich, opulent interior as for its menu of new and classic cocktails devised by world-renowned expert alchemist Giuliano Morandin and his team whose awards are too many to list.

A rich palette of black, browns and aubergine combine with luxurious lacquered mahogany, mirrored glass, velvet and dramatic, red, glass spears to create the perfect nightime atmosphere. A long, sexy, curved bar boasts one of the finest selections of spirits, champagnes and wines in London and a menu to match.

The Grill at The Dorchester

Our iconic Mayfair restaurant has been transformed for a new culinary chapter.
First established in 1931, The Grill at The Dorchester quickly gained a reputation as the place to be for the finest grill food in London. In keeping with this original concept, Alain Ducasse’s protégé Christophe Marleix has created new seasonal menus.
Delicious dishes range from grill favorites alongside the restaurant’s signature lobster chowder and an extensive sweet soufflé menu – the first of its kind in London.
Lively and welcoming, the re-imagined restaurant fuses The Dorchester’s iconic elegance with a contemporary tone and creative details. Interior architect Bruno Moinardwas commissioned by The Dorchester to create a vibrant and timeless setting.
The restaurant features a striking, hand-blown Murano glass chandelier and contrasting natural materials including zinc, copper and marble, set against butterscotch leather and oak parquet flooring. Pivoting wall panels create a separate ambiance from day to night, creating an inviting atmosphere morning to night.

The Promenade at The Dorchester

Very much the heart of the hotel, The Promenade is open all day for informal dining serving breakfast, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea and a supper menu.
