The Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque boasts stunning architecture, intricate decorations, and the world's second-largest hand-woven carpet. Drive to Al Alam Palace, the ceremonial palace of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos. Although visitors are not allowed inside, the palace's distinctive blue and gold facade against the backdrop of the Muscat Bay makes for a great photo opportunity.
